Regional Operating Partner

Help build a local service market—not just one job.

This is for someone who wants to be responsible for a region. You help develop customer demand, coordinate reliable service capacity, and build an organized operation with the company.

How you help our businesses

What you would actually do

Help establish and manage an approved Grandson Service service market.

  • Recruit and coordinate approved service workers in a supported area.
  • Build repeat relationships with homeowners, property operators, and commercial customers.
  • Track scheduling, service quality, issues, and follow-up within the authorized system.
Who this is for

Could this work for you?

You might be a good fit if any of these describe you:

  • Operators who have managed local service workers or dispatch teams
  • Experienced contractors who know their local market
  • Business owners with real customer relationships and time for day-to-day coordination
Earning money

How you could generate income

  1. 01

Propose a city or service region and explain its market demand.

  2. 02

Agree on territory limits, responsibilities, quality rules, company oversight, and authorized spending.

  3. 03

Run only the approved operations and record collected revenue and defined costs.

  4. 04

Earn the negotiated percentage of distributable profit in that territory according to the signed agreement.

Earning example

Managing a growing city operation

If a territory produces $6,000 in distributable profit after all costs specified in its operating agreement, a separately negotiated 20% partner share would be $1,200 for that period.

$6,000 defined profit × 20% example share = $1,200

The example assumes there is distributable profit and that a 20% term was separately negotiated.

When you're eligible to get paid

What counts—and what doesn't

Regional participation does not automatically grant an ownership stake in Dwayne Browne LLC or Grandson Service. Company approval is required for hiring, spending, pricing, and customer commitments.

Your referral link helps us match introductions to your account. A click alone is not a sale or payment. You can review your application, submitted referrals, and eligible commissions in your private partner dashboard once approved.
