About Rolston
The person behind the operating system.
RDB is personal on purpose. The software, staff, systems, and rooms all come back to one standard: somebody has to own the outcome.

The short version
“I grew up in New York City, graduated in North Jersey, and at 18 moved 400 miles from my family to chase the work.”
I grew up in New York City, graduated in North Jersey, and at 18 moved 400 miles from my family to chase the work. I didn't take a traditional path. I graduated high school, skipped the ceremony, and went straight to work. Gig apps, fast food, whatever it took.
Then I found the work that defined everything: personal assistant and companion support for seniors and families across the Midwest. I was 18, living alone in a college town in Pennsylvania because I wanted to be closer to the people I was showing up for.
I worked across Pittsburgh, Detroit, Cleveland, Akron, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Wisconsin, and West Virginia. The same people who trusted me with their loved ones started trusting me with everything else.
What drives me
The principles that show up in the work.
Solving problems creates access.
Whether it is a flight, a document, or a platform that did not exist yet, solving a problem well opens a door for someone.
Technology is a leveler.
A solo operator with the right tools can out-ship a team ten times their size. I build systems that let people do what used to take a department.
Every client's problem is mine.
CEOs trusted me in their meetings. Families trusted me with their homes. I carry both the same way: like it is my own until it is done.
